The tour of our facility begins in our sample rooms. In these rooms, we have on display many of the different manufacturers of uniforms and apparel, as well as equipment used in team sports. Reconditioning facilities will be our next stop. At Gunther’s, reconditioning is the foundation of our business. Player safety and quality workmanship are our specialty. In addition to reconditioning of helmets, our company also does:

*Washing and repair of practice and game clothing

*Repairing or making custom blocking dummies

*Repair of baseball/softball hard goods and many other sports products.

Next we go to our “other” building, the one that houses our warehouse, screen printing shop, embroidery and sewing departments. The warehouse features our stock products, from baseballs to our Gunther’s double knee practice pants, and everything in-between. This is also where we do shipping and receiving. Our screen printing shop features one of the largest dryers on the west coast, allowing us to cure more garments in a shorter period of time. Print shop also features up to 7 printing stations, including our M&R automatic. Our embroidery shop features four 12 head machines, and one 4 head machine with wide openings for full size designs.

Our art room. Sometimes a coach or team mom wants to be able to have a hand in the design of the logos for the team’s uniform, spirit pack, polo shirt, or custom caps. At Gunther’s we have our own graphic artists that are here to help make that a reality. From simple one color designs to detailed 3 and 4 color designs, let our graphics department create or modify a design to your liking.

The laundry department at our main building is where we clean, sanitize and repair sports uniforms, as well as sanitizing football shoulder pads. Local schools can participate in our laundry program, where we come out to the school and pick up soiled uniforms, bring them back to our facility to clean, sanitize and repair them. After they are cleaned and repaired, they are folded neatly and packaged for storage until the next usage. Laundry service is another foundation of our business.
