We have a full service sewing room, which enables us to put together a football jersey that is custom, but is priced like a stock one. Let us help you design one! Our seamstresses have been trained by the same people that sew together most of the on the field NFL uniforms.
Also, because we do the sewing in house, it gives us the ability to add side braid or piping to baseball or football pants, add soutache to a plain baseball jersey to give it a little flavor, even custom size a jersey or sew on special patches

 

Gunther’s has a full service art department that is here for you. We use state of the art graphic design programs on Apple computers to create logos and designs to your specifications. Many times, if you are meeting a salesman at our facility, our artists can create mock up designs for you in minutes. Whether you are looking to do screen print, embroidery, tackle twill, or heat press, we can design a logo that will get your message across. All artwork is emailed to the customer before the items are decorated.

 

Whether you are looking to purchase a couple dozen tees for your club at school, or PE clothing for the entire school, no job is too big for our screen printing department. We have an automatic 6 color machine, as well as plenty of other stations to get the job done right, and in a timely matter. Screen printed tees and jerseys are also great for corporate events, intramural teams, and fundraisers. Athletic numbering is available in 4”, 6”, 8”, 10”, and 12”. Our embroidery department features four twelve head machines, as well as another machine with four heads for wider designs. We have the ability to embroider a custom logo on just about anything. From caps to polo shirts, jackets to messenger bags, we can make your team or staff stand out from the rest!

 

For the “professional” look on your uniforms, how about tackle twill? Letters and numbers are cut and sewn in house, on our state of the art computer controlled sewing machines. Designs can combine twill with embroidery or screen print to create a truly unique look.

 

Many years ago, when the Rams were in Anaheim, Gunther’s started making vinyl bags for them to carry their equipment when they hit the road. Now that they are gone, the tradition continues as we can make and customize these bags for you along with logos and even player’s numbers.

 

Over the years, the owners realized that shipping blocking dummies was expensive. They decided that we could make them ourselves, with no loss of quality, and the ability to screen print your logos or team names on them.
